Deloitte set for big move to Spinningfields
Award winning property developer, Allied London, can officially announce today that Deloitte has completed on its move into Spinningfields.
Deloitte has taken up 67,000sq ft of Grade A office space at 2 Hardman Street and is set to be in their new office space by mid December.
The Guardian Media Group has also signed up to move into the state-of-the-art office building and will take up the first four floors.
Designed by BDP, 2 Hardman Street is located in Spinningfields, Manchester’s new central business district that extends from the River Irwell to Deansgate, one of Manchester City’s main thoroughfares.
It is the third signature building in the first phase at Spinningfields and offers 150,000sq ft of high-specification office space within huge, regular floor plates.
Deloitte Practice Senior Partner, Patrick Loftus, said: “The North West team has grown considerably in the last 12 months and we have a number of new recruits across all practice areas, in addition to an increasing client portfolio. On completion, Spinningfields will include significant retailing, leisure, residential riverside apartments, and new civic and educational facilities.
