Michael Ingall
CEO
Michael Ingall has 25 years corporate and real estate development experience. Starting his career at Drivers Jonas managing various parts of the Crown Estate, Ingall has restructured two public property companies and has undertaken several major City and Town Centre mixed use developments. In September 2000 Ingall led the privatisation of Allied London and, with the help of a dedicated and experienced team, created one of the UK's most successful private real estate development companies. An ability to blend vision with technical and financial skills has established Ingall in the area of complex City Centre redevelopment. Projects such as Brunswick in London's Bloomsbury, Glasgow's Skypark and particularly Spinningfields in Manchester, are examples of an undoubted track record in this area.
