Philip Daniell
Consultant
Philip Daniell began his career working for Montagu Evans, Daejan Properties and Artagen Properties (subsequently Sun Life) before joining Allied London over 20 years ago as Group Property Manager, becoming a Director in 1987.
Philip oversees all management aspects relating to the Group’s commercial properties, coordinating as necessary on developments, valuations, acquisitions and sales. He has responsibility for legal documentation in close liaison with the Development Team.
More recently, Philip has had involvement in site acquisitions and the set-up and delivery of Estate Management for the public realm of the Spinningfields project in Manchester.
Philip is a fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors
Philip is also a keen gardener, cricket & rugby enthusiast, who enjoys skiing when the opportunity permits. He married to wife Celia, with whom he has two children.
