Graham Skinner MSc MRICS

Construction Director

Graham is Allied’s Construction Director and has 29 years experience in the industry in various roles since qualifying at Gleeds in 1986.

He worked for the Executive of Westfield in Australia responsible for feasibility and cost/value studies, Lehrer McGovern International, where he set up their UK systems and ran teams on CM projects including the Hotel Arts in Barcelona and a Mixed Use Scheme in Jakarta.

Missing the green grass of home, he moved back to England where he joined Amec Developments running their complex and large scale strategic projects and drove the development of residential/mixed use schemes within Manchester’s Northern Quarter as a Director of Ician.

Graham has a Bachelor of Science from Liverpool and is a Member of the RICS.

To relax, he tries to spend most weekends at his Lake District house with his children, water skiing, biking, fishing - in fact there’s very little he doesn’t do, obviously the reason behind his very young looking 48 years!
