Allied London

Michael Ingall - Chief Executive

Michael Ingall joined Allied London as Group Property Director in October 1995, when it was a public company. Since then, Mike has overseen the restructuring of the business to create a property company focussed on city and town centre investment and redevelopment.

Ingall took over as Chief Executive in May 2000, when the company was taken private with the help of significant investment from Deutsche Bank and JER Partners.

Ingall has drawn together an experienced, skilled team of people to help him implement Allied London's business strategy of acquiring large, income-producing urban sites and adding financial, environmental and community value through redevelopment and/or repositioning.

Mike commenced his career at Drivers Jonas, managing several large estates and then became a Director of Surveyors at Molyneux Rose, where he specialised in investment and development consultancy. Before joining Allied London, he was Property Director at Raglan Properties plc, where between 1990 and 1995 he was also responsible for restructuring this company.
